the pool was absolutely freezing, and how dare housekeeping barge in so early! I also couldn’t believe I had to deal with outdated gym equipment. after all, I expected to be treated like royalty in this ‘luxury’ hotel. I almost left a good review, but the discomfort was just too severe to ignore.

Beautifully landscaped grounds with a welcoming atmosphere.
While the initial welcome was warm, I found the daily housekeeping to be inconsistent and lacking attention to detail. My room had a strange layout. the TV was positioned awkwardly, making it uncomfortable to watch from the sofa. the gym equipment was outdated and seemed neglected for someone looking to maintain their routine.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the hotel's close proximity to beautiful beaches, including Caretta Caretta beach bar, and various local attractions. The comfortable and spacious accommodations allowed us to feel at home, and the immaculate cleanliness throughout the property was greatly appreciated.
We encountered some occasional noise from surrounding areas, which slightly affected our relaxation.
